Make payment to the bank info stated at here
STEP 3
We will then send booking confirmation to you accordingly.
GENERAL BOOKING POLICY
RATES, CHARGES, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
- Except Refundable Deposit, ALL monies paid are NOT REFUNDABLE whatsoever.
- Bookings are always on FIRST PAY FIRST SERVED basis.
- Booking confirmations are issued upon FULL payments only.
- FULL payments must be settled 7 days BEFORE ARRIVAL
- Booking is deemed CANCELLED if due payment is not made in time
POSTPONE or CHANGES in CONFIRMED BOOKINGS
- Confirmed Bookings CANNOT be changed if within 14 days prior to arrival.
- Changing of Homes are NOT allowed.
- Postpone is NOT allowed if request made within 14 days prior to arrival.
- New arrival date for postpone case shall not be later than 3 months from initial arrival.
- An admin fee of 10% or minimum RM100 will be charged upon any case of changing or postpone.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation fee, equivalent to all payments made, will be imposed in the events of cancellation.
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & KEY DEPOSIT
- Official CHECK-IN time is AFTER 2.00PM
- Official CHECK-OUT time is BEFORE 12.00PM
- Key Deposit between RM50 to RM300 shall be collected before key-collection.
- Key Deposit will be refunded to you in 2 working days AFTER CHECK-OUT
- SURCHARGE will be imposed for LATE check out
ITEMS NOT SUPPLIED
Unless otherwise specified, the following items are NOT supplied in all homestays:
- Towels
- Soap and Shampoo
- Iron
- and others (please ask if concern)
LOSSES, DAMAGES & INJURIES
- Staying at any of the Homestays are solely at your own risk. We shall neither be responsible nor liable for any losses, damages or injuries occur during your stay.
